  • Total Cholesterol

This value reveals the total amount of fat found in the bloodstream and this shouldn’t be greater than 200 mg/dL. Total cholesterol of 240 mg/dL or higher can be a cause of concern.

Causes of abnormal cholesterol levels for women over 50

There are various reasons why the cholesterol level becomes abnormal when a woman reaches 50. Among these are:

    It does reduces cherostolol, you have to have the extract of the bitter gourd every morning it is really bitter, but nothing to loose because it is pure vegetable. Keep it up.
